David Harp is licensed in California to practice land surveying.  His public projects have included preparing AutoCAD based topographic maps of 5,000 lineal feet of street improvements for the City of Sausalito Engineering Department, and surveying the mile-long segment of Oak Avenue in San Anselmo for the Marin Municipal Water District fire flow improvement project. He provided survey control, and ground and aerial mapping for the Marin Discovery Museum at Fort Baker (Marin Headlands). Mr. Harp also did extensive planimetric and boundary mapping for the ALTA survey of the Larkspur Professional Center (Cost Plus Shopping Center, Larkspur, CA).

He has organized and produced numerous professional seminars on land surveying  topics through collaboration with the Marin CLSA.

He works primarily in southern Marin County offering customized mapping and surveying services for the Marin County property owner.
