David Harp, Principal Land Surveyor
David graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Geography in 1977.  Interested in mapping in college he went on to his first job as a land surveyor with the Marin Municipal Water District in 1978, and later worked for several engineering and surveying firms in Marin County before starting his own business in 1986.

Lucelle Hoefnagels, Associate/Field Technician

Lucelle graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with the highest honors in 1995.  She joined David Harp & Associates as a field technician/instrument person in 1998.
